selecting the condors uniforms

Im playing an online connected franchise with some of my friends.  I chose to move the Browns to Sacramento and be the Condors however now it is time to choose my uniforms and I only have one option which I hate.  Why do i only have one option and how do i get the other two options?  Please help, need to choose this ASAP.
