I have bought the game, but this screen pops up every time i try to play. I believe that my account is linked because my EA account has the same email as my Xbox account, but I am still not able to play. Help!

@Yurway Here are few possible solutions:

1. Make sure your EA Account or Email Address is verified on EA Customer Portal https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index?locale=en_US 
2. Make sure your Account is not under-aged.

sorry for the late reply - I don't see any Gamertag linked to the account you are contacting from - would you be so kind and provide the Gamertag you're trying to go online with? That'd be grand!
