nhl 17 youve reached the hut account creation limit

Just bought the game and cannot create an ultimate team due to max accounts.  How do i fix this

So I deleted my 2nd team on HUT. I went to create a new one but it won't let me since I reached the limit of teams created. It tells me to use one of the accounts I have already created to keep playing. Does this mean I can't play HuT on this account anymore? Please help this is my only account and I love HuT

If you are on XB1, can you try the following please?

Go to Xbox One Settings->Personalisation->My Home Xbox and disabling the home console from the Gamertag and then create your HUT. Then go back to reconnect the Gamertag to the home console.

I'm having this issue too. I created teams and deleted them multiple times. Now I've deleted my latest team, but can't create a new one. Is there anything I can do? This solution is not working.
