I am also having the same problem, but what bothers me the most is why aren't we getting the adidas red limit pack on pc, or is my fifa the problem??

No, FIFA for the PC never gets catalog updates unfortunately. It's quite upsetting since the game is the same price as consoles but we don't get the same support they do.

EA still ignore this bug since 2013, it just happens on pc platform, they doesn't care pc users and still no solution ( no interface program for fix it )

I have the same issue,

I called recently EA and the support points at the end to a complete uninstall and reinstall......

That is not a solution of a known issue....
I'm not the only one with the issue and is already known for a long wile....
If at least we know wish file to be deleted to afterwards run the check the installation files from origin, this could solve maybe the issue....
