fifa 17-18 pc - ps4

Hey there i have played fifa 17 on pc this year but i am going to purchase fifa 18 on ps4 as the rewards for elite on pc just are not as good as what id get on ps4.

Im like level 95 on fcc with the catalogue items which enables me to buy everything pretty much.

So what im wanting to know is will this carry over onto ps4 and shud i create a fresh account on ps4 so it asks for log in details for origin.

I do know that for earlier games in the series, if you changed your gaming platform your stuff did carry over as long as you used the same Origin credentials. So one would assume they haven't changed this with this yearly release. I am not 150% sure though, I am simply assuming it works the same as it has worked before.
