Where's the app!!!

Where's the apple app for the face scanner for nba live 16 face scan.

I have the older app that was used for FIFA and Golf, but it wont pull over to NBA Live '16 and neither will my gameface on the website. They only let you use the app it seems to make a gameface for NBA Live but it is no longer available on the App store. Why take it down and give no info about why or if it will be back. Could at least allow me to pull over the other gamefaces I have made.

The app is undergoing maintenance. We currently don't have an ETA as to when it will return, but we will update players once further information becomes available.

You mean to tell me that it is in the middle of  2017 and ya'll still have not gave us back the app?
