Unable to login error. [ Edited ]

 I keep getting an error saying that I cannot log in at this time. I can not find anything on this anywhere. I am on Xbox ONE, and I have been putting in all the correct credentials, I believe. I might be wrong with my Public ID.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a new account, but now it says I cannot access online features.
