Hi Ea_Roger. I really hope that they can help. Here are two pictures. As you can see, Party Impen should really be the Master but he has no grave it's missing completely.
Thank you again for your help. Have been playing for several months to come here. Then I've also played gw1 and I have Unicorn Chomper.

I had a problem with with my super commando and arctic trooper. It happened a while ago,but here it is:

I promoted my Arctic Trooper and Super Commando from elite to super elite, but every time I went into multiplayer, I would keep the coins gotten from the promotions, but my characters would be elite again (not to mention my Arctic Trooper was level 11 elite). So I saved my game after I promoted my characters for the third or fourth time to see what happens, and when I went into multiplayer, I said they were master rank. So when I both got them to "level 1 master," I returned to my backyard, only to see them with no rank plate and they were "level 46," even though they were master rank.

Guys I thank so much for the help. The party Imp is master now and now i have also reached the magic max level 5455. it has been fantastic support from EA_Team.

Sorry to hear about that, I've merged your posts together as this issue was recently sent over to dedicated experts who confirmed the issue has been resolved. If you still encounter these issues can you please to power cycle your console before checking your hero stats again?

Sorry for the incredibly late response, I haven't checked this page in a long time. Unfortunately, my characters still are level 46 and they have no rank plate, despite the multiple hard resets I have done to my Xbox. I really don't know what to do at this point.
