NFS cars reverted to stock all of sudden?

So I'm playing the game and I finished a race and go back to my garage and all of sudden two of my cars have weird vinyl stickers and all the upgrades go missing and reverted to stock??! Wth happen here? No money back or anything either

This can happen if there is a server outage from out side, or a connection issue from your side. Try restarting your connection (router) and game - this should return the game to the correct status.
