Mahjong Escape

Hi, i am playing every day mahjong escape but very ofetn is havving issues . now i cant play  i get this message :
This game is experiencing technical issues and will be back shortly

 so why this issues cont be fixed to dont have so many troubles ?

@rrodica6 i'd wish things would be so easy. But when something is wrong on a server, the problems can be caused by a vast number of things. A full diagnosis can take days (not minutes, not hours, but days). If the entire network is affected no one can give estimates about when things are going back to normal. It depends on the problem. 

I am sorry that you can play your favorite game (i am in a similar position right now, not being able to access a game because servers are under maintenance). So i can understand your frustration. But i kind of know how things are working and i accept certain downtimes. I hope that EA will solve their server problems soon and you will be able to play again your favorite game.
