Madden 17 Email issue

I have just bought an Xbox one and I am trying to get onto madden online. When I go onto the game to sign into te ea account I have it says my account is linked to some email that begins with nucleususer17 and the email is so long it scrolls off the page. I can't access online without being signed in and I don't know how to fix this error could someone please help me.
