MUT Trade Scam

I finished NFL Journey II yesterday and got the 91 Overall Amari Cooper. Just now, I was scammed. Someone did a deal with me so I traded my Cooper with him. Then he blocked me. I know his Instagram account and his PSN. What should I do? Is there anyway EA can get it back for me or refund?
