Is everyone Locked out of Auctions or Just me? Ever since Madden went offline then came back it's been locked

I am locked out of it also. It has lock on top right and I don't know if there is anything I can do to get rid of it

Why is the auction block locked I can't trade auction buy or even get into the auction house? Says feature is currently not available.
