Lag and Stuttering in GW2 on PC

Hi, I am getting a lot of lag lately on this game even though I have a fast broadband connection.

I am on the Europe server and my ping is always 28 or lower but in the game I get pauses in character movement up to 10 seconds.

Is there something wrong or has EA just decided to save money and overload their servers?

BTW does anyone have an ip to do a traceroute?

it's more than often who your connecting to as host

if your leader is in america then you will get lag compared to someone in europe

but if your in pvp the game will auto-select the person with the best connection speed to host
