I never got my players back after 2 weeks now.

I lost 2 of my players on the server maintananace on 11/7/17 and till now I didn't get my players back.I conatacted and request ea for like 11 time but no improvement in my issue.They asked the details ans cost of my players a nd I gave them those information.Im fed up.I live in india so I can' t contact by phone calls.Is there any help?
