I keep seeing mechanic points how does it work

You need to have fully maxed out (that is 8* car with 8* parts) sports, super and/or hyper car to unlock tuning - then you can temporarily upgrade your car beyond normal limit for tuning points.

but only one 8*parts needed, or you need to have all the parts at 8* level ?

@lukitas34 the car needs to be fully maxed out, so all parts at 8*
