Once a product code is redeemed on an account, it is consumed and cannot be reused.
If you are the owner of both the account the code was redeemed on and the account you want the game moved to then we may be able to help.
Having said that, you will need to contact an Advisor to make this kind of change.

Not 100% sure what your issue is, have you successfully redeemed your code already?
When you buy a game through Origin, most of the time it will be added directly to your game library. If you need the code for any reason, there are a few ways you can find it.
A pop-up with your Product Code will appear. For some games it may say "Product Code" while others will say "Serial code" or "CD key."

Once you use your Product Code, the game is tied to your account and does not need to be used again.
