FUT 17 Account Lock Issue [ Edited ]

Unfortunately, I forgot my FUT 17 secret question and after 3 attempts of entering it , my FUT account has been locked.I tried to contact EA Suppot through chatting with them, but when I've opened the chat page, it said that this page doesn't exists.Any ideas on how can i restore my FUT account access?
