Hello,
I have not logged into my Origins in probably a year because summer is the only time I have to play my Sims game. I believe I was using an email from college that has now expired and I guess I can't recall the password. I created a new account and now it says I can't play $100 worth of game because I have used the code once already? Really?! This is why I buy the disc and not online download. Even Adobe you can install it up to 3 computers. How can I play my game please?

Your email is a vital part of your account, and yes, anything you own on a particular account is locked to that account forever.
You need to contact EA-support directly to recover your account (since you no longer have access to said email). https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/contact-ea-help/#
