I have had my fair share of bad and unhelpful conversations with EA customer service but today takes the cake. I needed help with what should be a SIMPLE fix, I need someone to verify my address so I can log in to my EA account and sign up for the NHL rewards and I was basically disconnected then ignored for about an hour. Still can't figure out why my address is incorrect and still can't sign up for NHL rewards. This is the definition of AWFUL customer service.
EDIT: I just got this below e-mail from the same guy who was ignoring me. I never asked for my password nor did my password ever even come up during the conversation. Clearly there is some sort of language barrier at EA customer service that they cannot comprehend the assistance that I need. I am absolutely baffled.
