Crew in active, how to find new crew?

The crew I am in is in active. How do I leave this crew, the leave crew option is always locked?

Hi LosSR211, add more people to your freinds list on Origin.  This will increase your chance to match up with people on your Crew list.

Try leaving the crew before you're in an actual game. Does that work for you?
