Chemistry Bug/Problem please Fix

My Chermisty will not update. Having the milestone B. Roby and the combine T. Wayne's who both have 2 times LD( lock down) on my team and starting it will not give me Tier 2 LD which it should. This is twice now I have purchased  T. Wayne's for 80k plus and it not working please fix this problem or compensate me or my team. When referring to the attachment the two players are in the CB1 and CB3 positions.
