I believe Popcap will recycle the previous seasonal items (Halloween, Feastivus, Springening etc). Thats what they did with GW1, so I'm assuming it will be the same for GW2.
As for filling up the sticker book, i dont think its possible because, there are so many items we've seen that are still locked up. Germanshu has hats that we've never seen before and who knows if they will ever be unlocked. PopCap wants players like us to come back and play and grind for coins, even if the game is old, they are scraping whatever money they can get with all these exclusives promotional stuff.
Our hope is Rux and his monthly visits, and other Portal events, but even with that, it will take years and years to complete.
Just a sad way for Popcap in rewarding their loyal players!!! :-(
