I wana ask. I request refund yesterday, because I bought game with mistake I dont have money in my credit card so i want ask if I request refund you can take game from me if I dont pay for that but games are in my libary but i don't want them. So can you take games from me, because I don't want them and I bought them in mistake.

If you've put this through you should get an update within 24 hours.
If you don't hear anything about this, you can check the status of the refund from the Order History page.
Mail contacts can take a while so if you do need to reach out you can go for a live contact, either a Live Chat or call. Be sure to note on the site that you're having issues with a refund. Hopefully this won't be needed though, and you can just put it through manually.

Also I don't have a letter in a e-mail and i can't contact with EA supports, I have wait 3hours without update but still nothing happen, noone contact me, so can they take game for me because i want my money back.

@qnqn1010 Hi, if it's been over 24 hours since you put in the request and you haven't heard anything back, you'll want to reach out to support.
If you're having issues getting through, you can try swapping to a different internet browser or try using another device to contact. In some cases browser settings/blockers can prevent someone from connecting to support.

I use different browser but still I can't connect with EA. So can i write in e-mail? If yes can I get an adress because I want to know about my refund.
