You don't say which platform you use to play, however in most of the digital stores you'll find a Deluxe Upgrade which can be purchased and downloaded which will unlock the Deluxe features for the game.

I had a really hard time finding it on the PS store.  I can't remember exactly how I found it, though, sorry.  I -think- I may have had to search the PS store on the console, could not find it on the website.
