Wish I had Astro Vera. I would totally rock this combo. 4 of each cards and just plenty of destruction cards. Maybe even a Heartichoke to do all the damage.

I did that, but with a Kernel Corn the other day.

I took out an entire wall of Gargantuars and a freshly played Octo-Zombie.

My opponent conceded immediately.

I figure he was probably floating face-down in a body of water somewhere shortly after.

Running 4 Astro-Vera's isn't as great as you would think.

I once got my max health up to around 90 I would guess after my opponent kept bouncing them with Mixed Up Gravedigger.

I almost lost that match. It was a lot of fun though - seeing him being forced to bounce the Astro-Vera as his only choice. He must have been furious.

Astro-Vera and Heartichoke is a great combo though. It has won me many matches.

If I remember correctly the argument was mainly about the Flytrap environment - which I still think wasn't that great (even before the nerf).

Heartichoke is what made heal decks great, not the overly expensive and easy to counter environment.

Definitely heartichoke was/is a surprise for a rare being so powerful. Sure upped the worth of a couple supertricks as well.
