I've just noticed Bernardo silva's new upgraded card has the same dribbling, 86, as his first IF. Surely this means his IFs deserve a boost? Doesn't make sense to me. Wasn't that the reason Kantes IF got a boost?

Which inform are you looking at with the 86 dribbling?

From what I can see the last 3 informs have all had different dribbling - 86, 88, and 90.

The 84 rated inform. It has the same dribbling as his new card. Just seems strange. Can't find another example of it either.

ya why does 82 normal card have same dribbling as his inform????

@adamlysa @lightbombs - I think that's normal, not every single rating will go up with an inform will increase.
