regen 11

The game will not let regen 11. It holds at G 10.49 G 10.50. Any thoughts?

Hey, G10 is the current cap, and there seems to be a bug where it doesn't know whether to display at level 49 or 50. 

This does mean that the Stoic Dark camo is unachievable for now, the unattainable cosmetics should be addressed in a later patch.
