Well, thanks for responding Kristy. The problem is is that every time I try to sign up, the page says "an error has occurred" and wants me to refresh the page. When I do, I get redirected to another EA page the Says "404 cannot be found." I've tried to sign up multiple times, but the same thing happens every time and I'd like to know if there is anything that I'm doing wrong, or that I can fix.

That is very strange @41pickles.

I do believe this may be an issue with the browser (I just tried signing up and that seemed to work). Does this happen in different browser? Also, could you clear your browser cookies and cache (no need to clear browser history)?

Interesting. No problems for me either. I signed up yesterday but I didn't receive the confirmation on my e-mail instead of the Galaxy of heroes. Got the confirmation in a few seconds.
