closed race/drift/drag track [ Edited ]

Even though we all want a free,open world environment,its not impossible to have a closed track as well.

Image this,you make an awesome build and you wish to test it somewhere other than the street without getting the cops after you or traffic cars hitting you. 

I would love to see one closed big arena with a race (asphalt),drag,drift and off-road track,in short-for all car classes.

That would also be a great way to add X Games for the off-roading part,as a non-illegal racing competition.

I have recently bought a little over 300K of cars in the game and my new Aston Martin DB11 Drag is maxed out with no where to go but the garage. I still don't know why they didn't do this in the first place.
