Unfairness of free characters for some but not all!

Many members of my guild have received free characters for playing on Android, while those of us using iOS have been left out in the cold.  This isn't fair, and EA should do something to make it up to those of use that have been loyal players.  I understand how horizontal marketing works, so I can see why EA would screw over iOS users to help out their Google friends, but it shouldn't be so unfair.  This really ruins the game for us Apple users and discourages me from playing, since what is the point of continuing to play a game that gives huge benefits to other players for free while leaving me out.

There's a law I wish I could remember the name of it but if they don't offer it to all of current customers they can get in big trouble
