Hello,
I bought and downloaded Titanfall 2 on April 27th, but I didn't play anything. Since it hasn't been a week since the purchase, I think is eligible for a refund, but page says "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." I think this maybe because I have 1 hour played on December 4, 2016, since that weekend the game was free. Please help me with this, I want my money back. Great game but not enough players.
