I refund game but not get back money please help me

@inzastator Hi, it's worth noting that it can take 48 hours to get a notification on whether the refund has succeeded or not, and after that it can take 7- 10 days for the money to be returned. 

If these timeframes have passed please reach out to support as Revan suggests.
