@Dylanmad221 As I understand, you pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront 2 in Origin Store, but your money was not charged, right? So, your money will be charged closer to release of the game.
Now, if you check your Order Status in your Customer Portal https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/orderhistory/index then you'll see that Order Status is "Process" or something like that and if you check your Origin Library, you will see your game there.

just as @IIPrest0nII said: If you place a pre-order, your order status should be processing. The money is held on your account and stays there until it comes closer to release. Then the money would be deducted and you would receive the game. So as long as the order shows up in your order history, all is good.
