Orange ability not multiplying

Hi I have been playing the UFC mobile for a week now I have some orange abilities I like to use in training. Usually if the skill match that of the fighter you get five times the bonus, but non of my orange skills are multiplying experience point even if it match that of fighers skill. Any solutions you can provide is highly appreciated
