Missing Titan Customizations

Since the Live Fire update, I have not been able to select the Scorch "Nitro" nose art despite having purchased the Titanfall 2 Nitro Scorch Pack via Origin. I have not yet filed a ticket about this because I found that a Respawn employee had assured players that a fix for this was forthcoming, but with the most recent patch there still has been no solution for this issue. The issue has actually become worse, as now I can't select the Red Baron skin for Ion despite owning and playing Battlefield 1 on Origin.

Are there any fixes or plans in the works to re-enable or deliver content that players have paid for/should have access to?

Thanks for the confirmation. As for the Red Baron skin, Jay at Respawn has confirmed that this is a known issue and should be fixed at a later point.

Do you happen to have the tweet about the nose art to hand, or know which dev made it?

I know I've seen similar reports about the Red Baron skin, and from what I can see here it looks like such issues would need to be fixed in a patch. I'll try to find out more info and I'll update the thread if I get anything.

It's not a tweet, it's a reply on Reddit from a user I assume is a Respawn employee.  Of course, I could be totally off-base—I'm sure you know how well assumptions pan out in real life, let alone on the internet.

Thank you, sorry for assuming it was on Twitter (some of the internal EA Devs love their Twitter). 

As best I can tell, they're pretty good about managing the dev flair on the subreddit so while I'm not familiar with Argonomic_ but I do believe that they are a dev. 

There's a date for the next update, April 25th. If the issue persists after this update, can you let us know?

@Welles_Greysong Hey, the new patch notes call out this specific nose art as being fixed.

Having played the new patch, they did follow through on the nose-art fix they listed. So I'm satisfied that the Nitro nose-art is back, even if the new nose art loses something compared to the old. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to select the Red Baron skin for Ion.
