Aside from the usual enemies? Nope, though I wish the remnants had some insta-kill bots.

That's a great idea 

I was thinking maybe they should be able to self-destruct and insta-kill everyone in the vicinity

Yeah, give them a Remnant Core (as they love using that name for many different things), in which if you hit it directly, it'll detonate, killing anything on a 1km radius.
