Mass Effect Andromeda language choice

Hi guys,

i have issue with changing game language as inside game folder there are only single loctext files in game folder, even if instalation data *.xml file is saying that there should be available more then one...

bassicly all i want is change game lang to english, but withouit loctext files i can not do it
