I preordered a game and it's showing a pic download

I preordered for Star Wars
It shows it being processed as a pic download even though I stated when ordering it was for my PlayStation.
Does this just mean it's being connected to my online account on the platform?

Please make contact with an EA Game Advisor to push through your pre-order (it is still at the 'processing' stage) and to make sure it is for the correct platform.
