Corporal Achievement not unlocking!

In the past week, I reach level 57 in Battlefield 1. I still do not have the achievement for reaching level 10 or the dog tag for reaching level 10. Has anybody had this problem, if so, do you have a solution?

@contrivedtiger0 What system are you on? Do you have your other achievements? Normally you should be syncing up automatically. 

Perhaps Orgin is being blocked in some way, do you have Origin In Game disabled?
