If you want to get a refund try to follow the steps described here: https://www.origin.com/en/great-game-guarantee - this page has detailed information about refunding. Also, make sure to read ters of refund: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee-terms - the most important part is that requests can be made within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within 7 days from your date of purchase, or within 7 days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first.
If you don't meet these requirements, you can still try to request a refund by contacting EA Help via help.ea.com, but the chances of success will probably be quite low.
