Hi there I've read through the posts and have tried what I've seen so far but I still haven't received the helmet in the special delivery console on the tempest site just says 6/6 vids watched but I never received the gear earned message any help is appreciated !

You're logged in to the AI side with the same credentials you use for Origin?

That's What mine looks like but cannot find helmet in Tempest.

You should be able to find it in your rooms, on the console on your right hand when you enter Ryder's quarters, next to your e-mail terminal. If you have the Deluxe and Mega Superlicious Deluxe version, it's the same place you get all your bonus equipment and items.

I am playing on an xbox one, and don't see any way to link my gold account to this site. I've done all the vids also, but still nothing.

I also haven't received my helmet on XBOX ONE. I am using the same EA account linked to ORIGIN and on my XBOX.....
