Gear,mods,ect, drop rate issue

I would like to say I have been a loyal paying customer for a long time now but the drop rate of mods,gear,ect,is very disappointing.Using up to four and five hundred energy for only three to four drops is ridiculous can you please increase the drop rate I have heard the drop rate is 33% well 5 drops in the 500 energy isn't 33%.a lot of my friends have stopped playing over this issue i might add and I think you will see a significant drop in players and customers if this issue is not looked into.

I don't know if there's any plans to change these drop rates but the SWGOH team are always reviewing this.
