I don't think there's been any information about if / when Gar Saxon shards might be available somewhere other than the data card store.

You'll need to keep an eye out for all the latest news about this character

They're not even following their own rules. We were told that after new content was released, shards would become available. Instead they've rushed through all the Phoenix squad characters and ignored Gar Saxon, super commando and Gauntlet. Now we get updates to Ewoks that no one asked for. What gives?
