5-100 character/blueprint shards is a lofty promise. Literally never seen more than 10 of a kind drop in a pack. I understand there is a 'chance' of getting the higher numbers, but this is just bogus and quite infuriating. 2,499 Chrystal's down the drain.

Seriously I've had these issues too, multiple times. They have it set for a certain amount spent. Completely random my *. Between this and the BS challenges they're not getting another cent out me ever. *sits and waits for nothing to get done but a bs answer to be given*
