EA tried to contact you through help it's a waste of time so hopefully you can answer my question why when you get to level 7 it does not give you the 100 shards I am not the only one to have this problem start reading your forum my player I'd is bkp_WhszQzG_tKXaG_axrw k

Hey @Stephen1955

When you finish the 7* event you should get enough shards to bring Palpatine to 7* as well.

If this didn't happen you would need to speak with one of our game advisers again so they can get this looked into further.

Hi Andy have been trying to contact EA since 23rd Dec I have sent  3 emails EA closed one and said the other was resolved, 3rd email sent perhaps EA will talk to me this time and resolve the issue properly

Unfortunately I still have not received a reply to my 3rd email to the EA advisors, so I sent a reminder. This is not the way I thought EA would treat its gamers.
