Crashing constantly during Arena and Raid battles

Game constantly crashes, I am maybe lucky to do one or two of the fleet arena a day, the rest of the time it crashes and when i come back in I am on cooldown,  Same with the Tank raid.  It happens to a lesser extent with the Rancor and squad arena.  Please help
