Chopper Event Bad Math

The newsletter said that the event was supposed to unlock tier 2 on the 10th day and tier 3 on the 20th except that's bad math. The event started on the 8th and by the 18th the chopper daily login drops will be 1+2+3+4 = 10 and the event tier 1 drops 1 shard a day for 10 days = 10 + 10 = 20. That means you don't have the 25 shards to activate chopper till at earliest day 12 and more likely later. That means you don't get tier 2 rewards till way later than it stated in the newsletter as well as making it so tier 3 doesn't open until around day 30. It's impossible to reach the stated newsletter goals at the maximum drop rate.

Today is the 10th day, I have ten wins, and lo and behold, no tier 2, no unlocked chopper, and completely wrong newsletter with bad math.
