i am trying to play pro clubs but it says my account doesnt have permission for it yet i can play ultimate team and anything else what is the problem and who do i resolve it

Same problem tried all fixes nothing, my Fifa 17 came. As Xbox one package but only in the small print does it mention that you have to subscribe to EA access separately. Low and behold subscribe and it now works like a dream .... Big con ...

I'm so disappointed as well I am definitely gunner think about buying a ps3. I bought an Xbox to play along with friends not to wait for the platform to work. You would never get this problem with a ps4

On the Xbox if you get the error message 'your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature' then there are three things which may cause it.  

1. Do you have Xbox Live?

2. Is your account set to adult as default? It's best to go ahead and set it to a child and then back to adult to see if it works. To do so:Xbox Home > Menu button on controller > Settings > Privacy

3. Do you have any bans on your account from Xbox? A communication ban can result in you seeing this error.
