1. What does firewall have anything to do with it?

2. What is a system format supposed to do?

3-infinity question. Are you basically trying everything humanly imaginable without knowing what does what? In that case, you may want to swap out the HDD and microwave it.

Such a huge post, huge list of things to do... and 50 lines later you conclude with "didn't work".. Probably should have just left that as the header? Or... not even commented..

Delete the EASUG (Creation Center) download file from your console's Save Data.

• "there was an error downloading the user-generated content please try it again", - Same as everyone else
• Like literally 2 minutes ago ( 0444 GMT+6 Bangladesh)
• FYI - Applies to "Updating self created player/team, downloading new one created by others, delete, change bookmark - no difference)

I am not surprised that there is no news, not even an update as to what is causing the issue.

Since that's the case, from the error message, it just seems to be a simple configuration problem most likely due to the download server either not being available or it being moved and the game connecting to the wrong one.

... You then suddenly remember that this is EA. Unless you're getting FIFA 17, you and your problems don't exist.
